All faculty in the EuSim courses are highly experienced simulation users and simulation instructor trainers. Each person undergoes a specific training programme before becoming a full faculty. We are continuously working to keep the concept consistent and strive to improve it from course to course. A key principle in the selection of the faculty is to provide different perspectives on the goals and contents of our courses – but gathered under the umbrella of shared values and a well developed and harmonized educational concept.
