Marcus Rall, MD, is director of TuPASS Center for Patient Safety and Simulation with more than 10 years of experience in interdisciplinary CRM and simulation training. He is Chairman of the ESA subcommittee Patient Safety, Co-Chair of the IMSH 2008 and in the editorial board of Simulation in Health Care. He is running the National German Incident Reporting System PaSOS. Before becoming an anaesthesiologist he was a certified paramedic and fire-fighter. Contact:
